Pastor Shawn Sampson
Pastor Shawn has been serving at the Naz since August 2006. He has been in full time Youth Ministry since 1999. Amy, his better half, was finally convinced to marry him in July of 1999 and they currently have three kids, Caleb, Abigail and Josiah. They love living in Southern Oregon, where there's a drive-thru coffee stand on every corner. Now that Trader Joe's and REI are coming to town, they've decided they never have to leave.
As Youth Pastor, Shawn gets to have the most fun of all the Pastors on staff, while also being the most at risk for injury. He loves seeing when students begin to take hold of following Jesus and how that truly does transform they way they live. It is such a blessing to be a part of God's work in that way.
Pastor Shawn and his family love the outdoors. You're invited to come on over in the summer and snag some food from their front yard garden! You probably won't see any pictures of Shawn in a tie like on Pastor Larry's page.
