Pastor Larry Knight

Pastor Larry & Cindy have 31 years of pastoral experience. They joined the Pastoral Team of Medford First Church of the Nazarene in October, 1989. Pastor Larry served 19 years in Youth Ministry, in California, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon.

Pastor Larry & Cindy’s ministry of 21 years at Medford First has included Youth Ministry, Assimilation / First Impressions, Executive Pastor, and currently Pastor of Church Operations.

As Pastor of Church Operations, Larry’s primary ministry focus is the day-to-day operations of Medford First, and the implementation of ministry.

Larry & Cindy are graduates of Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. Cindy holds a Degree in Business Administration. Larry is an ordained minister. Larry received a degree in Pastoral Ministries and Certificate in Youth Ministries.

Larry has experience as a speaker at International Youth Camps in Israel, Regional and District youth conferences and camps, Regional Youth Leaders Training for YouthBuilders.com, and in church staffing. Larry also has experience as a church consultant in youth ministry and visitor / new believer assimilation.

Larry & Cindy have one son, Michael, a graduate of Western Oregon University. Michael and (daughter-in-law), Morgan live in Tigard, OR.

They enjoy time together, a good cup of coffee, and riding motorcycles (Harley of course), and laughing with friends. Larry plays racquetball, and they enjoy the outdoors.
